Fried Ee-fu Noodle with Shredded Roast Duck and Golden Mushrooms  

This mouthwatering combination of noodles, duck and mushrooms will bring out the smiles after the first bite.

  • 230g KCT Ee-Fu Noodles
  • 80g golden mushrooms
  • 40g shredded roasted duck meat
  • 40g chives (yellow)
  • KCT light sauce
  • Dark sauce
  • Cooking oil
  • Oyster sauce
  • Sugar
  • Soup stock
  • Cook the Ee-Fu Noodles and golden mushrooms separately by soaking them in boiling water for one minute.
  • Combine soup stock, seasoning ingredients, shredded roast duck meat and shredded mushrooms and simmer for five minutes.
  • Add in golden mushrooms and Ee-Fu noodles, stir fry for a short while and serve hot.
