Seafood Tofu Box  

Pamper your friends and family by creating this mouthwatering tofu combination restaurant style.

  Ingredients 1
  • 3 pcs tofu
  • 200g green vegetable
Seasoning 2
  • 100g prawns, diced
  • 120g golden mushroom
  • 120g sea cucumber, diced
  • 120g bamboo shoots, diced
  Seasoning 1
  • 3 tsp KCT Light Soya Sauce Special
  • 2 tsp KCT Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • some pepper
  • some chicken stock
Ingredients 2
  • 2 small bowl chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp KCT Light Soya Sauce Special
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • some pepper
  • Cut each piece of tofu into two rectangular pieces. Deep-fry the tofu till golden brown. Make an opening on top of tofu and dig out the centre to make an open-top box.
  • Stir-fry "Ingredients 2" items for a while. Add in seasoning, stir-fry well and thicken with cornstarch. Transfer mixture into tofu box. Steam for 15 mins and set aside.
  • Heat up Seasoning 2. When boiling, thicken with cornstarch and pour over tofu.
  • Stir-fry green vegetables and arrange by the sides of the tofu.
