Steamed Boneless Chicken Stuffed with Water Chestnut  

Pleasure your taste buds with this fine dish of boneless chicken, making eating as enjoyable as it should be.

  • 400g chicken fillet
  • 230g shrimps
  • 150g asparagus
  • 75g water chestnuts
  • 38g chopped or diced parsley
  • 1 egg
  • KCT Sweet and Sour chilli paste
  • KCT Superior light soya sauce
  • Flour
  • Chicken soup stock
  • Clean the shrimps. Remove the intestines. Chop the shrimps to make into shrimp paste. Add to shrimp paste the diced chestnut, parsley, one egg and some flour. Stir and mix well.
  • Cut chicken fillet into slices. Add in some salt, sugar and allow to season for about 20 minutes. Coat seasoned chicken pieces with flour and stuff them with shrimp paste.
  • Pan fry stuffed chicken pieces with some oil till both sides are golden. Dish out and lay on plate. Blanch vegetables or asparagus in pre-cooked soup stock till well done, remove and drain, and arrange on plate. Serve pan fried chicken pieces with thickened KCT sweet and sour chilli paste together with seasoning.
