Yee Fu Noodle  

Taken from Kwong Cheong Thye's recipes from home, the perfectly balanced combination of ingredients and special sauces never fails to create a tasty meal.

  • 1 packet KCT Yee Mee Noodle
  • 40g yellow chives
  • 10g Chinese mushroom, sliced
  • 30g bean sprouts
  • 40g crab meat
  • 80g pork, sliced
  • 60g minced garlic
  • 60 spring onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp KCT Dark Soya Sauce Grade 3
  • 1 tbsp KCT Light Soya Sauce Special
  • some pepper
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil
  • Blanch Yee Mee in boiling water till soft, then drain and set aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok, add minced garlic and stir-fry till fragrant. Add in meat and Chinese mushroom, and stir-fry for a short while. Add in Yee Mee and 1 bowl chicken stock, followed by seasoning. Stir-fry well.
  • Simmer till gravy is reduced, add in yellow chives, bean sprout and crab meat. Keep simmering till there's no more gravy, then add in chopped spring onion and sesame oil. Ready to serve.
