Winter Melon Amber  

This fragrant and light dish is simple to cook and goes well with other dishes.

  • 400g winter melon, cubed
  • 80g dried shrimp, chopped
  • some chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp KCT Chef Sauce
  • ½ tbsp KCT Dark Soya Sauce Best
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 bowl chicken stock
  • some pepper
  • Heat oil in a wok, add in winter melon. Fry for a while and remove.
  • Keep some oil in the wok, add garlic and stir-fry till fragrant. Add dried shrimp, winter melon and seasoning. Let simmer till winter melon is tender and gravy is reduced. Serve hot.
